In this episode I was excited to get to catch up with my friend, Kyle Newell, The Human Performance Expert.
Kyle is a gym owner in Hillsborough, NJ, but he’s also an expert of pattern recognition, habit change, and brain function.
Kyle and I are part of a group of trainers that get together a few times per year and I always enjoy talking with him. In addition to being an interesting guy and good conversationalist, Kyle has a great ability to bring insights and study to a conversation like few others. I always leave a conversation with Kyle with an appreciation of a different viewpoint or an insight I hadn’t had before, which is true value.
In this episode we talk about some of the best ways to get and stay on a healthier path, how to change habits, how to recognize patterns within yourself, and how to face up to adversity and keep moving forward.
