Nutrition is one of those areas that is full of dogma, conflicting views, and can become very complicated very quickly if you let it. However, to simply build a good, functional nutrition plan to keep yourself healthy, strong, and operating at a high capacity doesn’t have to be all that complicated.
I go over some simple guidelines and directions to not only give you what you need to be successful, but also to help make it as “automatic” as possible with good habit forming and behavioral change.
